Zirconia Over PEEK Structure

Zirconnet Lab adopted polyetheretherketone (PEEK) early on, creating a new line of metal-free dental prosthetics. We experimented with various zirconia generations on PEEK structures. Our goal was to offer aesthetic, easy-to-maintain, and repairable solutions.

This article compares traditional porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) bridges with hybrid PEEK structures. PFM bridges have high fracture risks and repair challenges. Full-arch monolithic zirconia is heavy and inflexible, leading to potential jaw issues and non-repairability. Read full article.
