Description

Ezneer is a combination of the words Easy, Zirconia, and Veneer. Ezneer makes it possible to create natural veneers and Ultra-transparent anterior restorations from zirconia.The strength of EZneer is over 600 MPa and the translucency is over 60%. In order to achieve the desired effect of product translucency, the whole series of EZneer are made of 5Y-TZP ultra-high translucency zirconia powder. For product sintering, we also provide two curves to choose from, a three-hour fast firing curve and a regular firing curve.For indications, because of the high translucency and whitening characteristics of the Ezneer, we recommend our clients to use Ezneer for veneers or single crowns for anterior teeth. We have also provided design and preparation guidelines based on the material properties of the EZneer.Here we focus on the design of the veneer, for EZneer used as a veneer material, because of CAD/CAM processing capacity limitations, we recommend the design of 0.4mm thickness to do CAD/CAM . . .processing, if you need a thinner thickness, you can manually polish to achieve.
